There is now a chance for residents to do something about speeding traffic in their roads.

Speedwatch is run by informal community groups in conjunction with the Police. The Parish Council will help to publicise the scheme, remind people about it from time to time, and encourage the recruitment of more volunteers.

It really is a scheme run "by the people for the people" - not just something that can be left for others to do on your behalf.
